Terms of Trade

Our terms of trade are simple and like everything else we do we try to make it as easy for you as possible.

If you are a first time or one-off client payment is not required until we send you an invoice. This will be done after the service has been completed or if we have completed your instructions to us. We will invoice you immediately upon service of the document and may request payment be made by you before we release the affidavit of service.

If you can not afford the immediate payment of the Process Service Fee then we are happy to discuss payment of the fee over a period of time.

For regular clients payment is required within 7 days of invoice unless other arrangements have been made.

We value your custom and would rather concentrate on working for you than recovering payment from you.
